On Saturday, November 14, 2026, the Lions Club Wanica is organizing World Diabetes Day, with the theme "Taking Early Action on Diabetes." This event will take place at the Regional Hospital Wanica, located at Vredenburg serie B, from 07:00 to 11:00 AM. Everyone is warmly invited to participate in this important day, which is completely free of charge.

Activities and Health Measurements

During World Diabetes Day, various free health measurements and activities will be offered:

• Health measurements, including fasting blood glucose tests, blood pressure measurements, and BMI calculations.
• Eye tests by optician All Vision.
• Health education by Drs. H. Morantes, internist.
• Nutrition advice from the dietitian.
• Exercise with BFit, including group exercise sessions.
